Meet John Pence

CEO

John Pence serves as General Counsel of Frontline Strategies and CEO of Frontline Government Relations, where he brings his extensive experience in political strategy, legal counsel, and government affairs to advancing conservative policies and the America First agenda.

Pence was a key player in the Trump Campaign from 2016 to 2020, initially serving as Deputy Executive Director and later as Senior Advisor. In these roles, he worked closely with the White House Office of Political Affairs and the Republican National Committee, driving strategic initiatives and providing counsel on key political and policy matters.

Before joining Frontline, Pence was Of Counsel at the law firm Ice Miller LLP, where he practiced in government affairs and regulatory law. His expertise spans lobbying for major tech and crypto companies, including Tesla and Binance, as well as advising high-impact political PACs and campaigns. In the most recent election cycle, John represented a prominent pro-Trump super PAC in Pennsylvania, a pro-Kennedy super PAC on ballot access issues, and several Republican candidates and GOP PACs across America.

Fluent in Spanish, proficient in Portuguese, and conversant in Arabic, his multilingual communication skills have made him a sought-after business and government relations strategist and spokesperson. He appeared regularly on Fox News, CNN Español, and hundreds of local media affiliates across more than 30 states from 2017 to 2020, where he advocated for President Trump and the conservative movement.

Pence holds a Juris Doctor from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law and an MBA in finance and management from NYU’s Stern School of Business. He also earned his Bachelor of Arts from The College of William & Mary. He and his wife, Giovanna, live with their two children in Alexandria, Virginia.

Senior Vice President

Elliott A. Echols is a Senior Vice President at Frontline Government Relations, where he leverages over a decade of high-level experience in strategic operations, public affairs, and federal advocacy to deliver insightful, data-driven solutions for clients navigating Washington’s complex policy landscape. A trusted Republican leader and advisor, Elliott has directed national initiatives, managed eight-figure budgets, and led high-performing teams to achieve results in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Known for his collaborative style, vast national network, and strong stakeholder relationships, he excels at advanced targeting strategies, large-scale project management, and aligning operations with strategic goals to drive measurable impact. He is recognized for innovative engagement tactics and advising senior stakeholders nationwide.

 
Prior to Frontline, Elliott worked on campaigns across the country and held senior roles at the Republican National Committee (RNC), including National Political Director, where he set the vision for 50-state operations, launched data-driven outreach, and briefed top officials, donors, and stakeholders on progress. His approach blends operational discipline with creative strategy to ensure advocacy efforts deliver aligned, impactful results.
 
Elliott holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Berry College and lives in Washington, DC with his wife and two sons.
